Craft Talk Speaker: Marlon Oneid of Beaudry Silk Greenhouse & Fresh Flowers
Established in the marketplace since 1988, Beaudry Silk Greenhouse is your one stop shop for a fine selection of fresh flowers, silk florals, silk plants and artificial trees. At Beaudry, they go out of their way to provide customers with the most natural-looking items, using the finest decorative flowers available. At Beaudry Silk Greenhouse, customer satisfaction is fully guaranteed or you get your money back! Check out some of the programs they offer:
- Corporate Programs: Beaudry Silk Greenhouse offers discount programs based on volume that will add value to your current benefits program and save your corporation money.
- Association Programs: A partnership with Beaudry Silk Greenhouse allows members of associations to save money every time they order beautiful floral arrangements, plants and gourmet gifts.
- Strategic Alliances: Are you a corporation that is looking for a value-added partner to support your consumers floral and gift ordering needs? A strategic alliance partnership with Beaudry Silk Greenhouse brings the experience of the largest floral provider along with a well recognized brand name that your consumers will trust. Whether you require a partner for a short or long term program, Beaudry Silk Greenhouse can develop a partnership that will be mutually beneficial.
At last week's luncheon Marlon Oneid showcased some of his products (he brought several beautiful flower arrangements and a tree). His employee, Randy, gave a brief description of each item and their care. Marlon demonstrated good customer satisfaction by asking a few of the OXA members to speak about their experience with Beaudry.
Beaudry has increased its sale by almost 50% in the past 18 months to approximately $1 million per year. He noted that a standard flower shop usually has revenues that vary between $100 - $250K hence he has been able to surpass this threshold through diversification (international market) and good customer service/satisfaction.
At the end of the luncheon Marlon sold his demonstration products at a great price to a few lucky buyers!
Congratulations to the Booster prize winners: Emerald Links and Colonial Granite.
