Dot Ave Zoning Update Meeting

March 9

The Community Kickoff meeting for the Dot Ave Zoning Update process will
Wednesday, March 9, 6:30 pm, at Viet-AID, 42 Charles Street (near Fields Corner Station).

This project will incorporate Dot Ave zoning into the zoning for the rest of Dorchester, correct inconsistencies, and, where appropriate, update the zoning to reflect current and potential future land uses.

Thanks to SMAMS affiliates Karen Henry-Garrett of Dot-2-Dot Cafe and architect Len Osborne for their work on the project Advisory Group.  Thanks also to Advisory Group member Rosanne Foley of Dorchester Environmental Health Coalition, which partners with SMAMS on our farmers' market.

All meetings in this process, which take place over the next year, are open to the public.  For more information, please visit http://www.dotavzoning.org or contact Jeremy Rosenberger at the BRA, 617-918-4431
