| SMAMS Business Spotlight -
Lisa O'Neill/Countrywide Home Loans
(You can get just about anything you need in the SMAMS district, from apples at Viet Huong Market to Zinfandel at O'Brien's Liquors. This space will introduce you to a different local merchant in each issue.)
Lisa O'Neill is SMAMS' Treasurer, a local homeowner, and a mortgage consultant for our Corporate Buddy Countrywide Home Loans. Lisa has been been in the mortgage industry for over twelve years, working on everything from from processing to underwriting to sales. Of her profession, she says "I've never thought about doing anything else. The sales side has definitely been the most rewarding for me as I'm able to help people achieve the dream of homeownership and as a result have created many wonderful relationships that have lasted long beyond signing on the dotted line."
"The recent shakeup in the mortgage world," says Lisa, "has left many wondering, 'How is this going to affect me?' At times like this, a trusted advisor is needed more than ever."
Lisa focuses on her clients' unique concerns about their home loans. "The stage you are at in your life dictates what type of mortgage product you might need - Are you just starting out? Do you have children going off to college soon? Is revolving debt making you lose sleep at night? Are you taking care of an elder and reaching retirement age? I want to help match my client's needs with the mortgage product that can best help them achieve their overall short- and long-term financial goals."
Lisa is currently offering a free, no-strings-attached consultation to determine whether or not your current mortgage product is working for you. For those looking to purchase a home, she can work on a pre-approval. Lisa can also help if you just have concerns about your credit profile and want someone to take a look at your report and offer suggestions on how to get your credit back on track.
Lisa can be reached at loneill2@verizon.net or 617-799-6115. |
