in 2010
The Obama administration will hold its
second full Council meeting of the U.S. Interagency Council on
Homelessness in 2010 on Wednesday, May 19. Secretary Donovan is calling
this historic meeting to discuss the final steps to complete the Federal
Strategic Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness and initial steps toward
implementation. USICH and its 19 member agencies have been working hard to meet
the May 20th deadline set forth in the HEARTH Act. USICH looks forward to sharing the Plan and engaging all key stakeholders in the weeks and months ahead in our shared vision to end homelessness.
