This is a reminder that there is a meeting tonight to discuss how best to commemorate this date. To date, these have been small individual conversations among friends and associates. Well, the chatter has risen to the level requiring some formal organization. The community is looking for people with ideas and energy to attend this meeting to kick off the planning for this historic event.
The call for this meeting has stemmed from community interest and the Chamber is assisting with this notice. This meeting is a community meeting and is open to all.
Current ideas have gone from celebration to a solemn, quite event. What are your ideas?
