Dear Friends,

In her haste to get the newsletter out on Monday (pursuant to her New Year's resolution that when faced with eating a pile of frogs she will henceforth start with the biggest ugliest frog) your intrepid missioner forgot that:

this Sunday is 3rd Sunday

which means:

it's Agape time!

Join us this Sunday @ 10am for a service of word and prayer followed by our monthly agape feast. Bring a dish to share, and receive the blessing of community.

And for Sundays @7, it's taize--a contemplative service of chanting, Word and prayer @ 7pm.

love your neighbor @ www.trinityspokane.org

". . . we only live our weakness as a place of God's appearance . . . when we truly believe we have been loved since we were born and will be loved after we have died. If we do not believe this, our weakness easily leads to bitterness and hardened hearts."

-Henri Nouwen, from Sabbatical Journey
