This Weekend is Important for Thirty-Two Parishioners
This weekend, thirty-two parishioners of Our Lady of Peace will make their First Eucharist. The communicants have been learning and studying for most of the year and this weekend's events will be a true commencement for them as they graduate into a life of communion with God and our greater community. Join us in congratulating these students and celebrating this important sacrament at all Masses this weekend.

Altar Server Training
|
|
All students in grade five and older are invited to join Our Lady of Peace parish liturgical ministry as altar servers.
Servers are scheduled to serve at a particular Mass (5pm, 9am, or 11am; 10am in the summer) every month or so.
There is a training period, consisting of two practices, which will begin in the next few weeks. The practices will be held after school, or in the early evening, for one hour. It is necessary that the new server be at both practice sessions. They will be held on various days of the week, to accommodate people's schedules. The new servers will be on the Our Lady of Peace weekend ministry schedule beginning in June.
Please contact Wendy Silhavy at 612.825.3455 x507 for more information or to sign up, no later than Friday, May 4. We look forward to working with the new servers!
