You Did it to Me:
Lenten
Justice & Charity

Our Lenten giving continues as we look to  achieve our goal of providing food and water to those who hunger and thirst.

Minnehaha Food Shelf -
Each March Minnesota FoodShare runs the largest food drive in the state and restocks food shelves across Minnesota. During March your financial contribution is matched by generous grants from Minnesota corporations and foundations. With your cash donation this month, food shelves can purchase fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, and dairy all year long. Envelopes are available on the donation boxes at the entrances of the church. Place your financial contribution in the envelopes and deposit them in the weekend collection or you can drop them off at the parish office by March 31st. We are also collecting non-perishable lunch items this week in the donation boxes.

St. Francis Academy, Moto Hope Mission, Kenya -
Our school and faith formation students are joining all of us in raising money for the students at St. Francis Academy. The goal - to raise funds to supply the academy with potable drinking water. The school mission in Kenya is growing. More information about the school at motohopemission.com

The Via Dolorosa

Friday, March 16 | 7:00 pm

Join the Agape Singers as they journey along the Way of the Cross, the "Via Dolorosa." The Via Dolorosa is a reflective Lenten devotion depicting the Stations of the Cross in meditation and song. You are invited to be part of this journey of faith in our church this Friday.
20th Anniversary Tile Wall Update
Our Tile Wall project is starting to take shape and this spring we will see some of the results of the effort. The tiles have been fired and glazed and the design has been fully approved. Construction will begin soon and our south entrance may be a bit of a construction zone for a couple weeks as we aim for a completed work of art by late April. Thanks to all who have participated!
Congratulations to the Cub Basketball Squad
The Our Lady of Peace Cub Girls Basketball team won the Monsignor Coates Youth Organization championship last week and completed a second consecutive undefeated season. This feat was accomplished with teamwork and drive and we are very proud of our hoopsters.
