Solemnity of Mary, Mother of God

January 1 is a special day at Our Lady of Peace as we honor our patroness on the Solemnity of Mary. Our Sunday Mass (9:00 and 11:00 am) will be followed by a special hospitality gathering in Pates Hall. Start 2012 with Our Lady of Peace and you'll know that it is off on the right foot!

Father-Daughter Dance
Dads, brush off your dancing shoes and getting ready for the Our Lady of Peace Father-Daughter Dance. This special event for dads with daughters in second grade and older is Saturday, January 7 in Pates Hall and will include light refreshments, socializing, and a chance to get dressed up with your loved one for a night out. The event is 6:30 to 9:30 pm and the $25 charge per couple is payable at the door. Additional daughters are $5. Contact Sarah Odegard with questions.

A Teacher - Reindeer?

A Warm Start to 2012

Come in from the cold and spend January and February with Our Lady of Peace. The first six weeks of 2012 promise to be very busy for us and we hope you join us for events that will enrich you socially, spiritually, and intellectually. From a dance to bible study, sacrament preparation to school open houses, Trivia Night to Mardi Gras, basketball to pancakes and retreats for men, women, and women with children - we've got you covered.

Our Lady of Peace will host the Catholicism Series - a ten part DVD series - starting in February. If you're Catholic, know a Catholic, or are interested in Catholicism, you may be interested in the series.
