This is a great fundraising event for the Our Lady Peace Catholic School Library. It is through events like this that we are able to get new books, replace well-loved favorites, and keep our library current. Our Lady of Peace library will receive a percentage of all sales on December 3! All you have to do is stop by the Highland Barnes and Noble located at 2080 Ford Parkway in St Paul and mention that you are with the Our Lady of Peace Book Fair.
Join us for crafts, music, gift wrapping and story telling from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm!

The Magnificat Advent Companion
Looking for a little extra direction during this Advent season? Copies of the Magnificat Advent Companion are available for all Our Lady of Peace parishioners. Copies are available at the doors of the church and in Pates Hall starting this weekend. This booklet of daily reflections and seasonal prayers is a good way to focus your Advent prayer during the week. |
Christmas is a Time to Give
Sponsor a Child Christmas Trees Parishioners and their families will have the opportunity to sponsor a child at one of the nine Nuestros Pequenos Hermanos (NPH) homes. Christmas tree ornaments with the picture of a child and a sponsorship application will be on the trees at the north and south entrances of the church beginning November 26 and continuing until Christmas day. Simply take an ornament fill out the form and return it in the collection basket or to Friends of the Orphans at 2052 Marshall Ave, St. Paul, MN 55104. Christmas Gift Bags This year we will again be selling Christmas Gift Bags. Each bag contains a package of Fair Trade Coffee or tea and a bar of Fair Trade Chocolate. These bags make ideal gifts for co-workers, neighbors, mail carriers, etc. The cost of each bag is $10.00. Gift bags will be available after all Masses beginning the weekend of November 26-27 and continue until they are sold out.
