We are a highly successful lumber retailer that specializes in selling unique high quality lumber and burls from around the world that needs a general manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing our complete operation and being able to perform the following tasks::
Purchasing logs and lumber
Drying lumber in our vacuum kiln
Preparing and pricing lumber for sale
Operating our sawmills including 2 band mills and a chainsaw mill
Sales-Both walk-in and internet
Improving the efficiency of tasks
Woodworking helpful and managing experience required. You should enjoy doing a variety of tasks and have a desire to constantly learn. Must be highly organized, efficient, have a good attitude, be able to motivate employees and enjoy working in a fast paced work environment.
