Community Yard Sale

Saturday, October 10
8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Riverbay Roadhouse

Welcome!

CoreLIFE

To my fellow neighbors,

We have some exciting annual events coming up, including our annual meeting on Wednesday, October 10, and fall community yard sale on Saturday, October 13.

But first, I'd like to address our need for new board members. Many of our current members will retire this month, leaving even more openings than we currently have--four total. We urgently need participation from our community members--YOU--to keep Bay Hills the wonderful community it has always been. We need balanced representation on the board with participants from the residential homes and each of the condo and apartment communities.

Please contact me or another board member for more information about how you can participate and help your community. You can reach me at president@bayhillsonline.com or at 410-757-5575 in the evenings
.

Serving the community,

Jeff Burkhart

BHCA President

Fall Community Yard Sale
Saturday, October 13
It's time to sell those shoes you never wear, that table collecting dust, and those paintings sitting in the back of your closet! It's time for the annual Bay Hills Fall Yard Sale, Saturday, October 13, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Welcome New Residents!

If you are new or have a new neighbor, we would like to drop off a welcome bag from the Bay Hills Community Association. Additionally, if you have a business, we would be happy to include one of your business cards in the welcome bag. Please contact Diane Ireland at 410-626-7130

BHCA Resale Packets

If you are selling a home in the community, please contact Bay West Management to obtain a resale packet. The packet contains the community's by-laws, covenants, and community regulations. The packet should be furnished to the buyer prior to the property sale closing. Bay West will confirm if there is any balance due on the homeowner's account before releasing the packet.

Sellers are expected to clear their BHCA account prior to closing on a home sale. The title company representing the buyer is required by law to research obligations related to a property. These obligations include homeowner association memberships, outstanding dues, liens, etc. To request a resale packet, contact Michelle Boss or Ralph Hudson at Bay West: 410-897-0207.
