Welcome!

Dear Neighbors,Bay Hills Eye Care

The holidays are upon us, and Bay Hills is ready to celebrate. The Santa Run and Luminaries are just two ways to show your holiday spirit. We also all enjoy seeing the lights and decorations throughout our neighborhood this time of year. Be sure to stay on the lookout for walkers and joggers, as the warmer weather we've been having has been inviting us to stay outdoors longer, while the days are shorter.

On a business note, we will try our annual meeting again on Tuesday, December 6. The regular board meeting will start at 7:30 p.m., and we will hold the make-up annual meeting starting at 8 p.m. at Providence Center. If you can't make the meeting, please make sure you sent in your proxy form, either by mail or by taking the electronic survey sent to your e-mail address.

See you all on December 6th.

Sincerely,

Jeff Burkhart
BHCA President

BHCA Resale Packets

If you are selling a home in the community, please contact Bay West Management to obtain a resale packet. The packet contains the community's by-laws, covenants, and community regulations. The packet should be furnished to the buyer prior to the property sale closing. Bay West will confirm if there is any balance due on the homeowner's account before releasing the packet.

Sellers are expected to clear their BHCA account prior to closing on a home sale. The title company representing the buyer is required by law to research obligations related to a property. These obligations include homeowner association memberships, outstanding dues, liens, etc. To request a resale packet, contact Michelle Boss or Ralph Hudson at Bay West: 410-897-0207.

Luminaries

Bay Hills Community residents can once again share in the holiday spirit by participating in our 36th annual luminary candle program on Saturday, December 24th, 2011, at 7 p.m. If you plan to be away that night, please ask a neighbor to set up and light the luminaries in front of your home.

We know that lots of folks from the surrounding area like to come by and drive slowly through our wonderful community to see this very special display of curbside candlelights, and our beautiful decorations. In case of a serious snow condition, we will send an email message to all residents OR you can contact your coordinator.

Directions will be provided with the luminary materials again this year. In case of inclement weather on December 24th, the candles should be lit at 7 p.m. on Sunday night, December 25th, instead. If at all possible, please park all vehicles off of the street.

The following residents have kindly agreed to act as area coordinators. As such, they have agreed to supply the luminary materials to you by on/about December 20th. Please contact your coordinator if you have not received your materials by that time OR give us a call.

Thank you for your support. With everyone's participation, Bay Hills will be truly beautiful for the holidays. Be sure to drive around yourselves to see our luminary magic.
