Welcome!
Dear Neighbors,
Autumn is here, beautiful leaves are changing, and we are all well entrenched into our fall school schedules.
On a business note, we did not achieve a quorum at the annual meeting in October. We will try again on December 7. If you can't make the meeting, please send in your proxy form. They will be remailed to you. Having to do this a second time costs our association not only valuable time but also real dollars for printing and remailing the proxy forms. Let's get this done in December.
Thanksgiving and the holidays are fast approaching. The days are once again getting shorter. It's getting harder to see runners and walkers in the morning and evening hours. Time to dig out those reflective vests and to remember to drive carefully. Be safe and stay aware of your surroundings.
See you all on December 7th.
Sincerely, Jeff Burkhart BHCA President

Sellers are expected to clear their BHCA account prior to closing on a home sale. The title company representing the buyer is required by law to research obligations related to a property.
