Join Junior Tennis

Youth TennisLast spring, Fuquay-Varina Parks and Recreation initiated a new youth program through an affiliation with Western Wake Tennis Association by offering a Junior Team Tennis program (JTT). The goal of the program, co-sponsored by the USTA (United States Tennis Association), is to stimulate a renewed interest in tennis for children twelve and under by encouraging competitive tennis with modified rules. Junior Tennis participants play on smaller courts, use slightly larger balls, and smaller rackets to encourage rapid success in younger players. READ MORE...
