On Tuesday afternoons, you will hear the sounds of music and stepping emanating from the multi-purpose room at the Fuquay-Varina

Community Center. It's not the sounds of kids cutting up to the latest dance music; it is actually a group of seniors doing the Cupid Shuffle. Those seniors are participants in Theresa Voncannon's Senior Line Dancing class.

Senior Line Dancing has become a staple of senior activity at the Community Center.  Learn more by clicking here.

As the temperature falls, many of us will be heading outside to enjoy the beautiful weather that North Carolina autumn brings. Community trails will be filled with walkers and runners looking to stay active.

There are several walking trails maintained by Fuquay-Varina Parks & Recreation, so there's plenty of opportunity to get moving.
