Did You Know?

Volunteers are a critical piece of the Mid-Ohio Foodbank operation, vastly increasing output of an 85-member staff by offering 12,000 extra sets of hands annually. From sorting frozen meats and breaking down bins of fresh produce into manageable packages, to checking expiration dates of items donated by the retail food industry and packing thousands of food boxes monthly for low-income seniors, volunteers touch a huge portion of the total food distributed annually by the organization.
