What Operation Feed Can Do for Your Organization In addition to the critical assistance that Operation Feed provides to central and eastern Ohio residents, it also offers a variety of benefits to participating organizations. Campaign Coordinators and committee members report several significant benefits because of their involvement: - Every associate or member becomes involved in some way through a organization-wide effort.
- Team building opportunities arise, both within and across parts of the organization.
- Leadership development opportunities, including project responsibility and accountability, are created for associates.
- A great morale boost comes from individuals knowing that they are doing good work for the communities in which they live and work--associates feel part of something much bigger than themselves.
For more information and ideas about how to realize these benefits in your organization, please contact a member of the campaign team. |
Goal Setting Emails Are Coming Soon Goal setting worksheets with historical campaign data and suggested goals for 2011 will be emailed to all Coordinators later this month. This information is provided to assist you and your leadership team with setting a goal for your organization's drive. We encourage you to use goal setting as tool for motivating employee participation, actively engaging leadership in the Operation Feed effort, showcasing campaign results and encouraging friendly competition inside and between organizations. Groups that successfully reach suggested goals are designated as "benchmark level contributors" and receive special recognition at the Campaign Finale and on Mid-Ohio Foodbank's web site. For questions about your goal, contact a member of the Operation Feed team. |
