FASTSIGNS Louisville is so much
More Than...!
FASTSIGNS introduced a new brand positioning statement the beginning of April -- More than fast.  More than signs.  Here at FASTSIGNS Louisville, we were More Than Ready to embrace the expanded brand position.  That's because it's been our way of doing business for the past 18 years!

"For 18 years, we have been more than a Louisville-based sign company, providing project management and a full range of consultation and visual communication strategies," said owner Sam Cilone.

Cilone himself has worked with a team of designers, architects, engineers, contractors and project managers to coordinate with various stakeholders on new construction, renovation, branding changes, and name changes due to mergers and acquisitions.

Owner Susan Cilone works with her own list of clients to provide the same services, in addition to coordinating production and installation so that clients have More Than Quality and More Than Expectations Met.

The entire FASTSIGNS Louisville team works hard, and has worked hard, to provide "more than" service and "more than" quality.  Future issues of this newsletter will highlight projects which showcase our new brand promise.

Speed Museum of Art
More Than Vinyl in Newest Exhibit

The Speed Museum of Art is closing in the fall to undergo a three year expansion.  The Museum will add to its building and will also unveil a beautiful new outdoor Art Park.  FASTSIGNS Louisville was pleased to take part in presenting the newest exhibition at the Speed, Inside|Out, a three gallery glimpse into what awaits patrons when the Museum reopens.

FASTSIGNS worked with Lynn Reynolds, Manager of Curatorial Projects and Special Exhibitions at the Speed, on the planning and installation of the exhibition.  This particular project involved lots and lots of vinyl -- on the floor and the walls!

The entire 40' x 49' floor of a main gallery is covered in a vinyl rendering of the architectural rendering of the new Art Park, the outside space that will be created during the renovation.  Patrons can walk on the floor and imagine the Park, visualizing where the various buildings are and where the art pieces will be.  Lines connect the pieces of art that are on display to where they will be placed in the Park.

"This was an important project for us," said Sam Cilone, owner of FASTSIGNS Louisville.
"We are Louisville natives and the Speed Art Museum is an iconic symbol of Louisville's rich tradition in supporting the arts. This renovation and expansion will give the museum a world-class facility to house the extraordinary artifacts and masterpieces that have been available to our community through the dedication and commitment of the many patrons and donors."

The end result is an amazing exhibition that is open from now until September 23.  Click

More than a football star...
Deion Branch Returns to Fern Valley Center for Autograph Session

Many FASTSIGNS customers and Louisville Cardinals fans are still talking about the appearance of Deion Branch last summer, when he came to greet fans and sign autographs.  Great news...he's coming back!

Branch started his football career with the University of Louisville and he has never forgotten his roots.  He returns each summer to offer a Skills and Drills camp and often stops by to encourage young Cardinal football players hoping to be recruited into the NFL. Branch starred in two Super Bowls yet always has time for fans, offering a bright smile and an encouraging word.

His autographed items were a big hit at a recent WHAS Crusade for Children benefit auction!

Watch the FASTSIGNS Louisville newsletter and our Facebook page for the latest information on when Deion will be appearing.  Bring your sons and daughters to meet a real sports hero who gives back to his community.

Thanks, Deion!
