Waterfront Park Place is a prestigious condominium complex on the riverfront. Nestled on the fourth floor is the Waterfront Law Office, a 6,000 square foot space comprised of three independent law offices operating under the property-holding company.

Brett Oppenheimer coordinated the signage portion of the design, working with FASTSIGNS Louisville to incorporate all three logos into the lobby entrance. FASTSIGNS Louisville routed and painted the logos, mounting them to ½" acrylic. The logos look consistent and tie together perfectly.
The most stunning accent in the office is the use of frosted vinyl throughout. A decorative, cutout design winds its way throughout the office, providing both privacy and light at the same time. The frosted vinyl gives the glass walls a bit of opacity for privacy, while allowing light to filter through.

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
ADA Regs Change
The Department of Justice announces the signing of the final regulations revising the ADA guidelines.
The DOJ has adopted revised ADA design standards that include a modified form of the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board's (Access Board) revision recommendations.
The new regulations will follow the 2004 ADA/ABA Accessibility Guidelines and are known as the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design.
