Greetings!

 

 

Right now,

What are you feeling?

What are you thinking?

Is it a feeling that warms your heart?

Is it a thought that nourishes your soul?

If so, wonderful;

Continue to reinforce that feeling or thought!

 

If not, then

Right now,

Replace that negative feeling or thought

With what you know to be True about

Who You Are:

Replace "I am afraid" with "I am Love."

Replace "I am anxious" with "I am Calm."

Replace "I am resentful" with "I am Forgiving."

Replace "I am stressed" with "I am Peaceful."

Replace "I am alone" with

"I am connected to something greater than

my individual self."

 

Do this every time you notice a feeling or thought that does not align with the person you want to be...

Be patient and gentle with yourself...

 It takes practice to change the old, negative patterns.

It took your whole life to establish them.

 

In time, with this practice, 

your inner world will become accustomed to

positive feelings and thoughts

no matter what is going on outside of you...

Often, there are times when particular themes show up in the work I am doing with you, or in ways that I personally am interacting with friends and colleagues.
