Communication:  The key to passing

We all expect our players to call 'mine' when they determine they are going to pass the ball so they commit to the ball and their teammates understand who is taking responsibility for that particular ball.
We should also expect the other players to be involved by calling out the name of the passer as soon as they know who should be taking the ball.  This will keep all the passers focused and improve the reaction time of the passer.

He is as always supported by his wife Michelle and setter Madeline (10) and left-side Reese (5).
