Winter Programs Begin First Week Back @ School! Terrel
That's right, our winter programs begin next week and they're filling up quickly.  Avoid disappointment and register online today!  If you prefer to register in person, paying by cash or cheque, we will hold a registration night on Tuesday, January 5th from
5 to 8 pm at David Leeder Middle School, 6900 Gooderham Estate Blvd. Mississauga. Click here for directions.
New Tryout Date For the GTA Jr. High Premier League 
 
We are having another tryout date for the GTA Junior High Premier League for Girls from grades 7 - 9:  Monday, January 4th from 7:30 to 8 pm at Mississauga Secondary School. Please NOTE : If you were on your school team this year and want to participate in this program, you do NOT have to tryout.  All you have to do is register for the program, and bring a completed school team verificaiton form to the first practice. Pakmen U15 Win Gold at Provincial CupGame

On December 5, 2009, at the Stratford Agriplex, Stratford, Ontario, the Pakmen 15U Boys won the Provincial Cup, defeating Interclub in the Gold Medal Match.  The team went 8-0, defeating every team they faced.  Everyone played well and made a significant contribution to our success!

 
Pakmen 14U Girls Wins Silver at Provincial Cup  
 
Coach Bob Cholette has continued where he left off with his Nationally 5th ranked Ms Pakmen 18U team from last year. Now after coaching his new 14U Ms Pakmen team for only a few months they struck silver at the Provincial Cup December 5th in Stouffville. "The girls played great, everyone had a chance to play, and we just simply had a good time together. We still have a long way to go though" says Cholette.

Spikes 
SPIKES is the latest craze from Ontario Volleyball! The program is being launched across the province as an exciting combination of developmental and house league structures. SPIKES is focused on providing a supportive, non-competitive environment, where learning volleyball skills is a whole lot of fun! Click here to register.
Technique Tutoring
Technqiue Tutoring Semi-Private lessons are now 45 minutes instead of 30 minutes! The key of great volleyball lies in the development of proper technique.  This program offers semi-private lessons from Pakmen Rep Coaches. This season, we have extended the duration of the program. Click here to register.
Champions League
The Pakmen Champions League is for intermediate and advanced players in Grades 7 - 9 and grades 9 - 12. Each weekly session is 1.5 hours in length and includes 45 minutes of instruction and drills followed by 45 minutes playing games of '5 on 5' which provides players maximum 'touches' and longer rallies. Development League
The Pakmen Development League is for girls in grades 5 and 6, and grades 7 - 9 and boys in grades 6 and 8. Players should already have basic volleyball skills. Each weekly session is 1.5 hours in length and includes 30 - 40 minutes of instruction and drills and two 25-minute games. Teams are limited to 10 players so everyone gets a lot of playing time. Each team is assigned their own NCCP volleyball certified adult coach and players receive a Pakmen game jersey! Playoffs and a Championship cap off the season. Click here to register.
