TOP FAQ's about CONCRETEGO.COM

Q. Do I need special hardware or software to run ConcreteGO.com?

A. No. All you need is a PC and Internet access. ConcreteGO.com is optimized to work with the Internet Explorer browser, which comes standard on all PCs.

Q. Who owns the data?

A. Each customer owns its own data.

Q. Where is the data stored?

A. Rackspace, a leading IT hosting service used by over 172,000 companies worldwide, provides managed hosting for all ConcreteGO.com accounts. Rackspace's data centers are fully redundant, climate controlled, and monitored 24 hours a day. Read about the 100% uptime guarantee at rackspace. In addition, Sysdyne backs up all customer data at night, every night, on a proprietary server.

Q. How reliable is ConcreteGO.com if it's "cloud-based"?

A. Cloud-based ConcreteGO.com is more reliable than traditional client-server based systems because with the latter there are often issues with servers, dispatch and remote client software problems, T1 or Fiber Optic lines. After making the switch, multiple ConcreteGO.com customers reported going from regular downtime (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) to ZERO downtime. The only point of failure would be YOUR Internet connection. BUT, by having a back-up Internet connection such as a prepaid 3G wireless card, you can protect yourself against an outage.

Q. What support is available for ConcreteGO.com?

A. 24 hours a day phone support and online support during business hours are part of every subscription. Our customer service representatives are courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive. All cases are resolved promptly.
