October 21st is fast approaching.  That means we need many parent volunteers signed up to help with this year's Walk for the Arts.  If you are interested in helping with our largest fundraising effort of the year, please read on...

 

In an effort to make volunteering as easy as possible, we are using a website called MySignUp.com.  It's a simple as adding your name to a spreadsheet and the benefit is that you can see exactly who else has volunteered and where we need help in real time.

We are looking for parents able to help primarily with the day of the Walk, Friday, October 21st.  We need people for set-up, to help at the various check-point throughout the walk and for clean-up.  There are lots of ways to help and you need not commit to the entire day.  There are even opportunities to volunteer before and after this event.

INSTRUCTIONS: 
Go to our volunteer sign up sheet (see Volunteer Now link below).  Click on "I Want to Volunteer" on the form and enter your name and contact information (email and preferred phone #) next to whatever volunteer opportunities you prefer.  You will be contacted shortly with specific instructions for your job.  Below is a quick outline of what we are looking for.  You can volunteer for more than one responsibility so long as the times don't conflict (for example, set-up in one area, clean-up in another).
