To LACHSA Families,

 

We hope that your summer has been relaxing and restful.  Although we have been on summer break for only a few weeks, we are diligently preparing for the 2011-2012 school year.  Within the next few days, you should receive your LACHSA registration packet. This year we have two separate registration packets. 

REGISTRATION PACKETS

 

1) New Student Registration Packet  (entering ninth graders and transfer students) 

            This packet contains eleven forms and two announcements

2) Returning Student Registration Packet  (all returning students).

            This packet has seven forms and two announcements

 

When you receive your packet, please review the directions and complete each form.

Remember to mark the date of registration on your calendar!  Please refer below to access you individual registration date and time.

If by chance, you do not receive your packet in the mail, you can visit lachsa.net to download the entire registration PDF.  The following directives will help you locate and download the proper packet.

 

1) Visit lachsa.net

2) Click on the top left heading "about us" 

3) Scroll down to the last item:  "Registration Documents"

4) New Students:  Click on "Newstudent_Reg packet

     Returning Students:  Click on Returnstudent_Reg Packet

5) Print document.  Forms that are double sided will appear as two separate sheets.  Please remember to fill out all information.

REMINDER:  All students will need to be vaccinated (Tdap).  Please schedule your student's vaccination NOW and bring in proof (an updated immunization record) to registration.  The law requires that all students entering 7th-12th grade will need the whooping cough booster shot (a one-time shot called Tdap) before starting school in August.
