To help parents coordinate carpools and ridesharing for this coming school year, we are asking everyone who would like to be on our 2011-12 Carpool List (to either form a carpool or promote a current carpool) to complete the following survey.  If you answered a similar survey already in February, please kindly resubmit responses, as many families' circumstances may have changed and this list will update our previous one.

We would like to distribute our results as soon as possible, so PLEASE RESPOND BY FRIDAY, JULY 8TH.
