This is a friendly reminder that our registration week is this week!
We will only accept completed registration packets. If you are missing materials, or do not have all the information needed. Please schedule an appointment with the office to register your child at a later date. Students will not be able to attend LACHSA until they are completely registered.
July 20: Seniors
July 21: Juniors
July 22: Sophomores
July 23: Freshman
Please come at the following times:
Last names A-L 9:00 a.m.
Last names M-Z 10:30 p.m.
Please review the important points below!
1) A parent/ legal guardian should bring the registration packet to registration. Students do not
need to attend.
2) Please put your registration packet in order pages 1-14.
3) Double check your packet that everything is completely filled out signed and dated.
4) We need ALL forms. Note: Even if you think we have this information- please fill it out anyway.
5) Immunization (page 8)
This form needs to be completely filled out and signed by a medical professional.
Do not attach or send an additional and/or old immunization form.
6) FEES:
Freshman Sophomores & Juniors Please issue two separate checks (payable to LACHSA):
1- PE Uniform, Materials Fee, PSAT & AP Exams (if applicable)
2- Prom Ticket, Year Book & Winter Formal Ticket
Seniors Please issue two separate checks:
1- Materials Fee, AP Exams (payable to LACHSA)
2- All Senior Events (Prom, Grad Night, Magic Mountain), Winter Formal & Year book (payable to LACHSA)
Note: If you are paying for your cap and gown see Jostens directly
At his time we are not accepting payments for Photos Senior Group & Diploma.
