Attention All Students Attending Prom,

We hope you have a wonderful time at this year's Prom. To see that you do, here are few guidelines to follow:

Remember Prom is from 6:00-10:00 PM onboard the Endless Dreams Yacht which will depart promptly at 6:30PM. So please arrive early. The Yacht is docked at the Long Beach Harbor next to the Long Beach Aquarium and directly behind Gladstone's and Tokyo Wako. The Yacht only provides partial seating. There will be no INs and Outs, once the students are onboard they will not be allowed back on once they disembark the yacht. Please make sure that before you sign in to board the yacht you bring your wallet, purse, camera, ticket, coat, etc., because you cannot leave the dance to pick up these items. We are not responsible for any personal items left behind/lost while at the dacne. You must take care of your possessions and make sure to take them with you when you leave the dance. A map with Directions as well as Picture prices will be handed out when you pick up your tickets.

Remember this is a LACHSA event so students must be on their best behavior and adhere to all LACHSA school rules while attending prom. Please dress appropriately as any student or guest wearing inappropriate attire (i.e. too revealing, etc.) will not be allowed onboard and NO REFUND will be provided. Students will be searched by Yacht Security prior to boarding the Yacht and any student carrying weapons or any illegal materials as well any student under the influence of any illegal substance or suspected to be WILL NOT be allowed on board, WILL NOT receive a refund for their ticket and Adventures at Sea personnel will be forced to call law enforcement and your parents, as well as WILL NOT be allowed to participate in the Graduation Ceremony as you will have violated your Senior Contract. The following items will not be allowed onboard the Yacht: gum, cigarettes, lighters, medicine of any kind, illegal drugs, alcohol, pens, markers, pocket knives, etc. Do not bring these items with you. If you need to take medicine while at the dance, you must bring a signed note from your parent/guardian and give the items to Ms. Sherman-Colt. She will give you the medication when necessary. So please be on your best behavior and enjoy your prom safely.

*** Special Note: Although it is not anticipated to have any of the food at prom be prepared with nuts or nut products it is still very important that if you happen to suffer from a nut allergy that you bring your EpiPen or epinephrine auto injector with you to prom. The safety of our students is a priority so please make sure to inquire about the food before you consume it and bring the necessary medication with you in the event that you experience Anaphylaxis.
