Greetings!
In March we are fully immersed in the Lenten season as well as preparing to welcome the first day of spring. So our theme this month will be 'Growing'.
Enjoy!

Growing
| |
Winter can be an opportune time for introspection. It is incredibly useful to take advantage of the season by finding ways to set ourselves apart from our normal, busy rhythms, and be about the work of self reflection and priority realignment. Giving our souls the
chance to delve down deep and re-center on the things that matter lays an essential foundation for future fruitfulness.
Winter seasons give us the chance to ready ourselves for spring. When spring comes, it is time to emerge from the place of rootedness and push out into the open. It is time to grow in visible ways that can be witnessed by others! In the springtime our commitments become evident. It is the season to show up in the world and present our true colors for the glory of God.
Knowing who we are and what we are about is significant spiritual work. Engaging in vital, daily expression of that discovered and defined identity is a sign that we are dedicated to living authentically. Springtime can be the opportune time for action.
- Can you identify an area in your life where you are ready to grow?
- How will your growth be manifested in your personal and/or professional life?
- Are you ready to show up in the world in a way that resonates with your rootedness?

| Query for the Coach | |
Dear Sharon,
I am writing this late at night after a horrible church meeting. I can't take it anymore. I am exhausted and angry. Worship attendance is down. Our youth program is dying. The church has no money. People are not tithing. I am doing everything I know how to do to help this church keep its doors open, but nothing is working. I feel like a failure. So now what? Do I just give up? What do you think?
