LAUGHING at MYSELF


This week as I pray for APPRECIATION - I recognize the beauty of my situation.  It took a bone fracture and being off my right foot for me to truly appreciate the AbunDANCE in my life. 

I appreciate that my body needs rest and time to evaluate the direction of my life. 

I appreciate the necessity of learning patience and compassion for my body's healing process. 

I appreciate the difficulty of doing no thing and asking for help. 

I appreciate my OMazing husband who is caretaking ME, running our household and holding sacred space to laugh with others.

I appreciate all that in moments of chaHAhaos and haHAhardship  that teach me how to spread my wings and fly.

I appreciate being still and being aware of my body and my muscles and my bones.

I appreciate laughing at myself when I feel a little down and reMINDing myself that this too shaHAhall pass.

I appreciate the texts and phone calls and flowers and balloons and cards I've received.

I appreciate my comfy bed and my Meows. 

I appreciate that everything haHAhappens for a reason.
