I am  off balance in my body.  I had a little fall and cracked my right foot.  My bones are good and strong however something is out of whaHAhack.  The bruise and pain on the top of my foot reMIND me to GO SLOW. Time to realign and redesign hoHOhow I live and be.

Being at hoHOhome for the last two weeks and more specifically, in bed with my feet up, gave me the opportunity to do research.  Being in bed let me notice and appreciate the beauty of my room-womb.  I haHAhave blue walls with Art color splashes.  I haHAhave windows that look out on oaks and mango trees.  I hear and see birds and squirrels who shaHAhare my piece of land.

Being in bed for 3 weeks made me chaHAhange my haHAhabits and pursue my hoHOhobbies.  I read more.  I sleep more.  I stretch more.  Rinse, repeat. 

Giving myself permission to GO SLOW.  From my bed to the bathroom to the haHAhammock and back again.  This week I add the garden.  Accepting what IS.  Surrendering to the MOMent.  Disconnecting from whaHAhat I DO so I can BE whoHOhole.

Feeling the LOVE and the cookies and the cards and the texts and emails.  Learning from these life chaHAhanging moments so that I can shaHAhare with others.
