 HO HO in HOPE    

 


Shifting my focus to the HO has really chaHAhanged my life.  

HO is a much deeper sound that carries all the way through the diaphragm - it expands in my rib cage and creates space.

Chanting HO HO HO helps open up and cleanse my chakras.  I can feel its movement - from my base to my pelvic - keeping the energy flowing and rising.

I am operating from my HOhoHOme as I ground myself into my community in HoHOhollywood.
As I hoHOhonor my body and her healing abilities, I sing my song of HoHOhope.
