I am a big fan of the HA. The HA sound comes from my Heart. It feels expansive and free and HA HA Happy.
Lately, needing some CHahaHAnge, I've been getting to know the HO.
HO HO HO - just in time for the season - is a deeper sound from withIN. The belly zone.
Belly HA HA is the greatest HA HA there is. The whoHOhole diaphgram shakes and stretches and gives room for its organs to breathe. Aaaahahah.

I laugh every day.
I laugh in many a way.
I laugh by myself
at myself
with MYself. Ha ha ha.
I laugh in the park.
I laugh by the beach.
