When I wake up each morning, I get into HA HA harmony with my day. 

GingerMama and I go for a walk and see the stars and talk to the trees and ground our energy into our neighborhood.

I set my tone so I can flow with what is.  

I get in front of the mirror and practice my gibberish.  I lavish myself with gibberish compliments and look at myself in the eyes with love and grahaHAhatitude.

I choose to come from a space of grace where I find what's right in whatever presents itself to me.

I sing a HA HA anthem or a Gibberish song (see the three above in LOL) and open up my heart and throat chakras and create a healthy and happy vibration.

These are three small and simple things you can do right MEOW to get HAhaHArmony into your life.
