I have been totally blessed to lead 400+ Laughter Circles, hug 2,000+ peeps, take 225+ pictures and write 130+ newsletters.
I am shedding a skin and itching for ChaHAhange - a new way to spread the HA HA CHI and share my SuperPowers. I feel a great ChaHAHAllenge coming on.
When I am faced by ChaHAhange, at first, I do no thing at all. I get quiet - I be. I meditate and go deep within to FEEL. The same space that INspires some of my best laughter exercises - Boom Shaka Laka Laka.
And then, I give myself time to appreciate where I've been, how far I've come, and what I've learned. And celebrate it. Woohoo.
And then I sHAke - sHAhaHAkti sHAHAke - from my head to my toes - from my fingertips to my ears - making a sound - HA HA HA - and moving it all about.
So grateful for all my Peeps and your love and support through this most wonderful HA HA endeavor.
