Three days of HA HA energy in San Diego, California at the Laughter Yoga American Conference.  Woohoo.  Meeting friends and new faces who all love to laugh like me. 

We come from different places (USA, Canada, Mexico, Ethiopia, Australia and Jamaica, to name a few).  Yet we are of the same tribe.  We speak the same dialect.  We communicate through HA HA.

We have OMazing SuperPowers of laughing for no reason - just because we can.  Our clown chakra is healthy and happy.

We shared stories of how the HA HA found us.  And how  we are using the HA HA chi in all sorts of settings (prisons, hospitals, geriatric centers, schools) and applications (corporate retreats, mediations and business)

My HA HA and hugging muscles got stronger and longer.   My heart happy and my soul nourished.  HA HA connection is OMazing.
