At this MOMent, the only nation I can focus is on is WE - ME, Myself and I. 

I borrowed a bike and truly enjoyed myself and the ride and then ego took over and I fell out of gratitude while kvetching in my head.  The bike threw me off and over and landed on top of me.  My knees are bruised and my ribs are sore - I fell right down it was hard core.   Ha ha ha.  

Healing my ribs has been a process of letting go of my schedule, my obligations and my imaginations - things I do, things I should do and things I daydream about.

Refocusing on pleasure and priorities and moving slow and relaxing into nap time - where my body can best heal.

Instead of outright HA HA - I am peacefully humming - purring - ha ha ha - strengthening my core from the INside out.

I practice Gibberish - especially in the mirror - when I have a hard time getting up and facing my day - finding my rhythm, my music.
