When I started our Laughter Circles, I realized what a challenge it was for people to Laugh Out Loud for no reason.  Laughing out Loud, the Holiest of HA HAs is not totally acceptable in our society.  And then Laughing Out Loud, for no reason, just because we can - ha ha ha.

We instill our LAUGHter Circles with Kindness.  We  create a sacred space by laughing in Nature.  We treat each other with respect and love -  we address the women as Goddesses (which we are) and the men as WSMs (Wild Succulent Men - which they are).

We practice LAUGHING at OURSELVES and we seal it with a kiss.

We practice greeting each other with Namastes and LAUGHshakes and hugs (which also keeps us healthy and the doctors away - ha ha ha)

We fill ourselves up with HA HAs and Hugs which creates a Kindness vibration within.  We then take ourselves out into the world as LAUGHter Ambassadors - creating ripples of Peace everywhere we go.  Woohoo.
