When I started LAUGHter Yoga here in Hollywood, I consciously chose when and where I would be.  I committed to creating a sacred space to laugh and to hold safe space for others to LAUGH with me.   I picked our beautiful locations in Nature, under the trees and by the sea.  I made a decision to charge no fee and give my time and enerCHI in service to the Greater Good.

As a Professional LAUGHer and Motivational Key Note Speaker and LAUGHter PARTY Creator, I love to entertain and educate people about the healing power of humor.  I share my expertise, enerCHI and experience.  This is my Joy Of Being.

Often, people ask me to come to their communities to create a Laughter Circle.  I am extremely blessed and grateful for the demands for my time.  I am also grateful for the opportunity to refer other Laughter Yoga Leaders who might live closer.  We also sell a Laughter Yoga Guide on our website which has the basic exercises we do.  

For those who are too far to LAUGH with us face-to-face, Sister Goddess Gaga  created a virtual Laughter Group on the phone.  Each 20 minute session consists of breathing, chanting, LAUGHing and gibberish. 

LAUGHter Groups on the phone unite people all over the world, 365 days a year, multiple times each day (9 times every day, except for Monday when there are 11 LAUGHter sessions).  Woohoo~@~
