My HA HA way to "ignite my light and let it shine" is to BRAG. A simple and smart tool I learnt at Mama Gena's School of Womanly Arts. Thank you Mama Gena for what I have received and what I am still to BEcome. Ha ha ha.

I brag that I have an OMazing Joy Of Being. My Purrpuss and Passion is to share HA HA and healing Arts. I HO HO ha ha and shake it all about. Other HA HA Masters show up to do the same. We celebrate our JOY and GRATITUDE by sharing our HA HA CHI with the trees and the squirrels and the birds.

I brag that we LAUGH out LOUD just BEcause we can. Three times a week I show up with gratitude in my heart to LAUGH out LOUD with the Masters who come to teach me. We hug and hold hands in CIRCLE as we pray our HA HA way.
