4 years ago, I started Laughter Circles in my hometown, Hollywood.   Laughing with others and BEing a PEACE maker really resonates with me - just my cup of tea. 

Laughing out Loud - HA HA HA - so easy peasy for me. 

I sent an email to my friends and listed our circle on Dr. Kataria's website.  We were meeting on a Friday evening at the beach. 

I had my drum.  I banged and beat ba da boom ba da boom ba da boom boom chica chica (thank you SG Christine for your INspiration) and danced on the sand.  My advisor and SoulSister Crone Goddess Margo appeared - ha ha ha - with open arms and heart to embrace our embargo to the HA HA Zone.  (I'm cracking myself up - ha ha ha).

Two other visionary Sister Goddesses showed up - dragging their WSMs out on a date night adventure.  

We clapped our hands ho ho ha ha ha.

We roared our tongues - Ra ha ha ha

We released ripples over the ocean.   

We sent our love over the sea. 

We sent our love into the heavens.   

And it returns to WE.

That Friday night, a seed was planted.  Body wisdom - a knowing - EMotional Intelligence.   A cosmic HA HA to A-ha awareness stirred withIN me.  And so it began.

It is so easy to get distracted.

It is so easy to BE-lie-ve what the majority says. 

It is so easy to quit and walk away.

Ha ha ha.   

The sacred WORK is adHEREnce.  Showing up - twice a week - 52 weeks every year - 4 years running - rain or shine.  Laughing out Loud because we can.  

BEing open to whatever experience PRESENTs itself.  Ha ha ha.   And all the OMazing HA HA professionals and PeaceMakers we have met along the way.
