I prayed for Expansion last week - giving gratitude for what I was aware of. In my mind (choosing to be happy), my body (being in Nature every day) and my soul (BEing with like minded souls who LOVE to LAUGH out LOUD).
Funny thing about prayer or asking the Universe for anything - an AbunDANCE of opportunities show up to give us what we ask for.
This week, I have been dealing with new situations: BEing alone (WSM Noah was in France), BEing response-able for my whole household (one doggess Goddes, three Meows, one house, one car and all the maintenance required for all of the above) and relation-SHIPs (dealing with people who are angry or not talking to me).
In each situation, I have been expanding - taking a deep breath - INHALAMOS, EXHALAMOS - and tapping my heart - HA HA HA - breathing in LOVE and exhaling PEACE. Tapping my third eye with a HA HA HA - for clarity and light and LOVE in my perception.
Finding the GREAT-full-ness (miracle in Hebrew) in each of these situations, no matter how it appears. LAUGHing at myself (thank you Sister Goddess Monika) - HA HA HA Kiss - when the drama movies begin in my head - and shaking it all off - releasing it to the Universe. ReMEMBERing that the only thing in my control is my attitude and my willingness to be open.
Feeling myself stretch and grow. Watching my perspective expand, my lungs expand and my HA HA muscle expand. Getting stronger and calmer every day. Knowing that I can show up with a great-full attitude and the Universe responds in kind.
