This wonderful blog regarding Humor as a Spiritual Discipline for Humility by WSM RJ had me nodding my head and humming, Aaaa-ha ha ha.

"I specifically want to consider how laughter can be part of the way we pray.  The dictionary speaks of prayer as an "act of deep and authentic communion with God - a profound communication - with the heart of Creation." 

LAUGHter is that way for me.  INtense.  A deep connection to my body through my breath - my belly breathing - shaking insides - dancing with glee. 

I get out of my head and into my body.  I delve withIN as I breathe OUT.   I create yummy feel good sensations flowing through me.   A reLOVEution of mirth and madness - pushing up and out - until I LAUGH out LOUD.   Ha ha ha.  A sound that transcends language and age and is recognized by ALL.

Expansion occurs in my throat, my ribs, my lungs.

Expansion occurs in my mind and my thoughts.  Expansion occurs in my aura, my palpable CHI.

 I see things with the eyes of my heart.

It is in this MOMent that I am connected & grounded - body and mind and soul.  In me and around me - above and below - We are ALL One. 

BEing the reLOVEution within.
