I hold on to memories and experiences without fully processing and letting go.
My body is sending me messages. My body speaks through my intestines, my liver and my lungs. They are not happy. Since I don't listen, they create havoc in my body to make sure I am paying attention.
Holding on is holding me back.
As a Laughter Coach, I use this technique called Laugh Story a/k/a Ha Ha Ha Story (thank you Sister Goddess Katie). It allows my clients to laugh at themselves as they share their story. It goes like this.
My liver is inflamed. Ha ha ha.
My intestines are tired. Ha ha ha.
My lungs are working harder. Ha ha ha.
There is a gift here somewhere. Ha ha ha.
My body is showing me what I need. Ha ha
Research will give me answers. Ha ha ha.
I go to my trusted companion,
You Can Heal Your Life by
Louise Hay. I find my symptoms and the corresponding thought patterns.
Absorption. Elimination. Ability to take in life. Ha ha ha.
Releasing the past with joy. Ha ha ha.
Letting go and moving forward. Ha ha ha.
Ha HA ha. Ho HO ho. Hee HEE hee.
Ha Ha Ha. A-Ha. I know what to do.
I start to wag my tail, shaking it out - shake, shake, shake, Ha Ha Ha
shake my booty, shake my body
shake, shake, shake Ha Ha Ha
shake it out of me, shake it off me
The more I LAUGH, the easier it is to release. The more I LAUGH at myself, the easier it is to move on.
Off to the ocean I go, to wash off the toxins that released. And renew my body's water content with that of the sea.
