LAUGHter is a birthright. 

 We all have this gift of our souls. 

 

LAUGHter is an ANCIENT SIGNAL.  It is a sound more like an animal call or cry than human speech.  LAUGHter bridges all cultures and languages.

 

LAUGHter enables us to breathe deeper and let go of any muscular tension in our body.

 

And like a muscle, the more we LAUGH, the easier it becomes and the stronger we feel. The more we LAUGH, the more comfort-ABLE we are.

  

We are grateful for all of the LAUGHers who choose to make Laughter Yoga part of their weekly practice.  We love flexing our LAUGHter muscles together.
