Dr. Mehmet Oz, a constant guest on Oprah's show and also the co-author of YOU: The Owner's Manual wrote a great article for Men's Health Magazine titled 25 Essential Health Tips for MEN (click to read more).  It's also in this month's Natural Awakenings.

Laughing not only eases stress, promotes social bonding, and lowers blood pressure, it may also boost your immune system. So bring some humor into your life, whether it's through friends or even a new TV show (preferably mine).

We've known this for years.  All of our Laughter Yoga WSMs are trendsetters and pioneers in the field of Men's Health.  They strengthen their LAUGHter Muscles weekly and LAUGH for no reason.
