WSM Noah and I are heading to Five Sisters in Miami for our 1st Laughter PlayDate -
1 1/2 hours of Laughter Yoga - from Motion to Meditation - on March 6, 2010.

LAUGHTER AMBASSADORS

Many years ago, WSM Noah and I went to see the Dalai Lama speak in Fort Lauderdale. The Dalai Lama said and I paraphrase: "How can we have peace in the world when we do not have peace within ourselves? when we do not have peace within our families?"
We BEcame LAUGHTER ambassadors. BEing PEACE, one LAUGH at a time. To date, we have been blessed to attend 13 weddings in our family, as we watch our global family expand.
