Greetings!

"For us, its trying to put ourselves into the mind of a 'typical' half dozen or so customers.  Sometimes, if we get an unusual request, we will send a special something to a customer who spends 30 mins on the phone telling us about themselves, or even take them out for a pint, if they are local.  This way we can look at different market demographics, because if someone wants something, then you can be sure that others will.  Not always a success, but it has, over the years, enabled us to identify niche markets we never even knew existed!"

Client Spotlight - Goldstone Homes

 

Hi, my name's Jon Over, and I'm the managing director of Goldstone Homes. 

 

Following university I worked for Morgan Sindall,the 3rd largest construction company in the UK. I worked my way up from a trainee to site manager and spent 3 � years there. Since then I formed Goldstone Homes with the aim of creating a really customer focused construction company. 

 

Based in Brighton, we offer customers a one-stop shop for all construction works. We offer maintenance, refurbishment, extension and loft conversion, fit out and new build. We will project manage your job from pre construction to the day we hand you back the keys.

 

We're a limited company, and what's more, Goldstone Homes are coming up for our 1st year anniversary, with the construction arm of the company only weeks old.

Why We Have So Many Free Tax & Marketing eBooks On Our Website

 

Free eBooks are great - whenever you don't understand something, for example, Bookkeeping, you do a quick search in Google, pick a website, and if the info you need is not already on the website, chances are they have an eBook which will explain all! 

 

This is why we have created so many really; because we know that if we don't understand something and we have to download an eBook to work it out, the chances are that some of our target audience also have problems that we can solve with our eBooks.
