Client Spotlight - WANT Medical

Hi, my name's Wayne Sturt, and I'm the Director of WANT Medical Services. We are an independent Ambulance Service and HSE approved first aid training company.

We're a limited company, and have been trading for 11 years, but we actually have 33 years experience in first aid services at events and film/tv, as well as being manual handling trainers and advanced ambulance technicians.

Our main competitors are St John and Red Cross, but because we don't rely on volunteers, we can guarantee to turn up. In fact, we are often asked to cover an event within 2 days notice after the customer has been let down by a less capable supplier. Our trainers all train from experience in the real world, not just from a powerpoint slide
... Annies don't bleed!

Unlike some of our competition, we are not just a franchise, and are HSE approved.

Our 5 year plan is to raise the standard of the independent sector, and to increase our market share of ambulance transfers and training by 10% year on year.

As part of this spotlight, we would like to extend to keepers clients a 10% discount on all services.

Keepers have helped us by getting involved and taking an interest in our business, as well as coming up with new ways to market ourselves and show people what we can do.

One of our customers, Kirsty Hallett, who organised a music festival called The Big Church Day Out (with over 15,000 attendees!) said this about us:

"We have no hesitation in recommending WANT Medical Services after their excellent and professional cover at our music festival, working well with the other organisations and making a valuable input which led to a very successful event"

Why Measurement Is The Key To Your Business's Success/Failure

Measurement is key.

Yet so many businesses don't have tracking URL's, don't have tracking numbers for adverts or their website, and don't measure at all how much they're spending on things like advertising compared to how much they get back from this through new clients.

That's called ROI, Return On Investment, and in this post, I'm going to tell you why ROI and Measurement are some of the most important things you need to consider if you want your business to thrive.

Think of it like this: if you're trying to lose weight, how are you going to know you're succeeding unless you weigh yourself every now and again?
